On the "Absolutely Forbidden" road
We found this path along
the Black Sea - definitely the best part of our ride along the sea. Just
before this section was a large sign over the road saying, as translated by
Maya, "This road is
ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN!!" There was a guy in a booth under the sign. Borislav
told him
something - we know not what, perhaps that we were important American diplomats
- and
suddenly we were granted permission to ride on the road.
